Overview
At MAP Technology and Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions and products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be provided.
1. Hardware Products
✅ Eligible for Replacement/Refund:
- Defective products within 7 days of delivery (Dead on Arrival)
- Products not matching the confirmed specifications
- Products damaged during delivery (must be reported within 24 hours)
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or power issues
- Custom-ordered or specially imported products
- Products where the original packaging or serial stickers have been removed
- Software licenses once activated
For warranty claims after the 7-day period, products will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty policy. MAP Technology will assist in the warranty claim process.
2. IT Services
- Project-based services: The advance payment (typically 50%) is non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund of remaining amounts depends on work completed at time of cancellation.
- Monthly managed services: Pro-rated refund for unused days if cancellation is made with 30 days notice.
- Annual contracts: No refund after 30 days of the contract start date.
3. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via email to info@maptechnology.net
- Include your invoice number, reason for refund, and supporting evidence
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
