Terms of Service | MAP Technology and Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of MAP Technology and Services ("MAP Technology"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

MAP Technology provides IT solutions and services including but not limited to: network infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, managed IT services, cloud solutions, hardware supply, and digital marketing services.

3. Service Agreements

All services are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or project contracts signed between MAP Technology and the client. These Terms of Service form the general framework within which specific agreements operate.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts or invoices
Standard payment: 50% advance, 50% upon completion for project-based work
Monthly managed services are billed at the beginning of each month
Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Hardware Products

All hardware products supplied are 100% genuine OEM from authorized channels
Products come with manufacturer warranty as applicable
MAP Technology provides additional after-sales support services
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 30%

6. Intellectual Property

All custom software, configurations, and documentation created by MAP Technology for clients remain the property of the respective client upon full payment. MAP Technology retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks used.

7. Confidentiality

MAP Technology agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, network configurations, and business information. Our engineers operate under Non-Disclosure Agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

MAP Technology's liability for any claims arising from service delivery shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply as specified in individual contracts.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
